Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM PST will begin processing the following business day.

During high-demand periods (launches, promotions), processing times may be slightly extended.

 

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery speed.


✨ Complimentary standard shipping is offered on orders over $150.

 

 

International Shipping

 

We ship worldwide 🌍

  • Delivery times vary between 7–14 business days depending on destination.
  • Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Lost or Stolen Packages

 

Ace & Grace Courture is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.


If your package is missing, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or your building
  2. Contact the carrier directly

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Certain styles may be marked as pre-order.
